EXPERIMENTAL PRIVATE CHAT SERVER
See docs/CHAT-APPLICATION.txt at the workspace root for local setup,
file formats, API/security limits, backups, recovery, source licensing,
and tests. Start with cargo stack chat --init, then cargo stack chat.
